CELEBRATE THE SPIRIT OF GIVING THIS CHRISTMAS

Image

This Christmas, let’s celebrate Singapore’s Bicentennial in a special way by sharing the spirit of giving at Christmas At The Fort (CATF).

This wondrous four-day, multi-sensory experience will transform Fort Canning through a fusion of music, history, marketplace, culinary delights and digital technology into a seamless tapestry of sight and sound.

Join us at the Festival of Music & Light

From 19 to 22 December, Christmas At The Fort will feature well-known Singaporean artistes such as Charlie Lim (19 Dec), Haneri (20 Dec), Olivia Ong (21 Dec) and Joanna Dong (22 Dec) as well as performances by community groups and aspiring young musicians. Each evening will culminate with a multi-media show entitled The Spirit of Giving designed by Brian Gothong Tan with performances by a live orchestra showcasing 200 years of Christmas celebrations in Singapore, and a Christmas carol sing-along for everyone.

Have fun at the CATF Fringe Events

From 4pm daily, CATF will also feature an eco-market specially curated for the occasion, a variety of food and beverage stalls, playground and fitness activities for all.

Celebrate the Spirit of Giving

The festival will also celebrate the spirit of philanthropy seen in Singapore over the past 200 years with the use of a self-guided experiential walking trail app. It will highlight over 20 historical sites and charitable personalities as users follow a heritage trail around the Fort Canning precinct. These people and places had played a significant role in helping the less fortunate and improving the quality of life for people in general. 'The Spirit of Giving' trail is available on the LocoMole App.
